Happy almost a holiday everyone!! With the 4th of July coming up this weekend, we’ve had all things Americana on our minds. We fully support any kind of American themed outfits, whether you’re decked head to toe in American flags or you’re taking the subtle route and just using Red, White and Blue to show your patriotism! If you’re feeling stumped or need some inspiration, here are a 5 simple ways to get more red, white and blue into your 4th of July Outfit.
Our blogger Kristy is the queen of mani’s so we won’t be surprised if she’s doing nails like these come the weekend! We love these two different takes on the red, white and blue nails. One is more involved & detailed and one is much easier for those of you who are like me, and painting your nails a solid color is more than enough work!
On a holiday, you can absolutely throw out the rules of focusing on either lips or eyes! I just adore this patriotic twist on a super classic look of clean face with liner and lips, this time with bright blue eyeliner and red lips. I’d love to see if any of you try this look, please share it with us on Instagram or Facebook!
I’ve always been a fan of simple, classic and ladylike looks..and there is just something Olivia Newton-John in Grease meets a modern day Audrey Hepburn about this look! Try a small red bow in your half-up ponytail. I will definitely be doing this on Saturday.
