Yoga to reduce irregular heartbeat

Everyone knows that yoga is good for you, but exactly how good? Studies have shown that yoga can decrease “episodes of irregular heartbeat and improve the symptoms of anxiety and depression often associated with atrial fibrillation” – Huffington Post.

This is even more of a reason that I should really take it up! And I don’t mean casually on the wii fit…As someone that has trouble breathing, usually caused by aniexty. I wonder if this would be a better method to relax than say…a glass of wine. I guess I better give it a shot!
