I’ve been looking for a good morning yoga sequence to energize myself in the early mornings before Oliver wakes up. I stumbled upon Cindie Corbin and her 20 Minute Yoga Workout for Energy, Beginners Home Morning Routine How to , Pain Relief & Flexibility yesterday morning and I love it! I’m still a beginner with yoga, so I need someone that goes slow enough for me to keep up but also explains the poses well so I don’t have to crane my neck to see the TV, which almost always leads to me toppling over. Cindie is cute, spunky and fun to practice with. I look forward to trying her other videos.
