3 Workouts To Burn Off Those Halloween Treats

Halloween has come and gone and if you’re anything like me, it was a fun filled Holiday of tasty treats and delicious drinks. Halloween only comes around once a year so it’s totally fine to indulge and have some fun. To help your conscience stay clear of any guilt, I’ve put together a few (no gym necessary) total body workouts so you can burn off any bad decisions you made over the weekend!

So it’s time to throw on your favorite pair of workout leggings and sports bra, throw that hair up and let’s get started with 3 workouts to burn off those Halloween treats *I’m talking about you fun-size Twix and Snickers Bars!*:
